Mudflat hikes for children

with the Sylt Nature Conservation Association

Family mudflat hike

Experience the Wadden Sea with fun and games.

As you walk along the seabed under the influence of the tides, you will learn where the mussel gets its name, discover crustaceans and traces of lugworms.

When the weather is good, we like to run barfuß across the mudflats, but you can also rubber boots bring.
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of animals and plants in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site – an experience for adults and children.
