A beautiful circular route that perfectly showcases the island's diversity in just 5 kilometers. The route leads past Strönwai, Kampen's legendary party mile, through Germany's most expensive streets, and through breathtaking natural landscapes – with views of mudflats, dunes, and heathland.

Directions
The footpath and cycle path between List and Westerland runs parallel to the Westerweg. Start on this path and walk north. At the edge of Kampen, take the sandy path that branches off to the right and cross the main road at the pedestrian crossing. On the other side, stay on the footpath and cycle path next to the road for a few meters, but then turn right onto the sandy path. Now follow the path along the bay for a while. On your right, you'll leave the impressive thatched-roof houses and Axel Springer Castle behind you. On your left, you'll have a panoramic view across the Wadden Sea to the Danish mainland.
If you also left the copper jug on the right, take the next turnoff to the right, which is Wuldeweg. After a few meters, turn right and then immediately left again. Walk along Sjipwai into the village. A short stretch along Jürgen-Kamp-Wai, then turn right onto Braderuper Weg. A short climb at the "Zur-Uwe-Düne" road completes the loop, and you're back at your starting point.
