On this tour, you'll experience the highlights of Kampen. First, you'll climb Sylt's highest point – the 52-meter-high Uwe Dune. From here, you'll see Kampen's famous black and white lighthouse, also known as "Langer Christian" (Long Christian). From the viewing platform, you'll have a view of both the west beach and the Wadden Sea to the east. The trail continues above the Red Cliff to the Sturmhaube (Storm Hood). Then, the path leads down to the beach, where the cliffs, shimmering red in the evening sun, can be admired particularly impressively from below. The hike continues along the beach to the Kampen cross-range light. Although no longer in operation, it remains a popular photo opportunity. Shortly before the end, the tour leads along the Strönwai, also known as the "Whiskey Mile." Here, it's all about "seeing and being seen."
