How fortunate that there is an entrepreneur with the courage to create "something completely different." Melanie Jacobsen from Sylt has fulfilled her special dream with a candy-sweet world of experiences. Before moving to Boysenstraße in Westerland, the candy factory was located on Hafenstraße in Rantum, where visitors could experience the fascination of making "bonbons" in the glass workshop. This sweet paradise is decorated like a fairy tale. The sweet products are displayed on the shelves, either neatly packaged or ready for self-filling – whether with an anchor, boat, heart, or the Sylt symbol, or with strawberry-vanilla, cherry-chili, or espresso-chocolate flavors. Even company logos can be incorporated into the candies.
The Bonscherei is also a true gift paradise, because in addition to the homemade sweets, there is also licorice with Thermasol from the Sylt spring, colorful wine gums, spicy gummy candies and champagne bears.
