The Sylt Library has a special collection for people with hearing and visual impairments. This includes large-print books, audiobooks, and online content. Daisy readers are also available for loan. Parking and the nearest bus stop are located directly behind the building. Barrier-free access is available via the main entrance of the Old Post Office.

The Sylt Library is centrally located on the square in front of the town hall. Bicycle parking is available directly in front of the building, and paid parking is available behind the building.
