The Roman Catholic church is considered an architectural masterpiece. However, the original building had to be demolished after 40 years due to a material defect. The new church, however, is no less fascinating, especially with its four bells and multicolored windows.

The Christophorus Church is located in the immediate vicinity of Westerland's city center and can be easily reached on foot.
There are only a few parking spaces available directly next to the church. A good alternative is the larger parking lot on Dünenstraße, which offers ample parking.
If you're arriving by bus, we recommend taking line 1. Get off at the "Stadtmitte Westerland" stop – from there, it's a ten-minute walk along Friedrichstraße to the church.
