Organic farming in Braderup

The Sönksen-Volquardsen family grows fruit and vegetables in their fields in Braderup using anthroposophical cultivation methods.

Im farm shop There's a seasonal selection of home-grown fruit, vegetables, and herbs (e.g., strawberries, carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, peppers, broccoli, kale, chard, kohlrabi, etc.) available to take away. Organic produce from national and international retailers is also available.
Strawberry jam and organic honey complete the offer.
A summer highlight are the large strawberry fields, where you can pick fresh berries yourself. Harvesting usually begins in early June.

Opening hours

The farm shop is open Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m.

Closed: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, all public holidays
