Biikeplatz Morsum

The Morsum Biike is erected every year on the Morsum Cliff, directly on the mudflats. The torchlit procession begins at the Nösse parking lot, where Sylt residents and visitors walk to the Biike. Here, people eagerly await the Biike fire's lighting. After a traditional speech in Sölring and German, the torches are finally thrown onto the Biike, biking to bid farewell to winter.
Afterwards, warm yourself up with traditional kale in one of the many restaurants and enjoy the long evening of the Biike.
