Guarded East Beach List

Every year in July and August, qualified lifeguards keep a watchful eye on your safety on the east beach in List on Sylt from 10:30 am to 17:00 pm. 
Please also observe the flags on the beach and the bathing rules.

The beach area is accessible at any time of day.
We and the team around the beach do our best to make you feel safe and well looked after.
