How can you participate? It's easy:
Grab a bag and turn your walk by the sea, in the forest, or elsewhere in the environment into an active nature conservation activity under the motto "every day is cleanup day"!
Enter your private cleanup with location, route and amount of rubbish in the interactive "Sylt cleans up" map on the Homepage or in the Bye Bye Plastic app.
Tell others about it! And feel free to share it on social media or in your status. Use the hashtag #sylträumtauf
Become a cleanup hero and, with a little luck, win one of 15 attractive prizes generously donated by Sylt companies and restaurants, plus, for the first time, the coveted, not-for-sale Bye Bye plastic hats.
Browse, trade & discover sustainably
Sustainability becomes an experience at Sylt's flea markets. Browsing among lovingly selected finds, vintage treasures, and little rarities is a wonderful experience. Here, favorite items change hands, stories are shared, and many an unexpected treasure is discovered. Whether clothing, books, decorations, or curiosities – Sylt's flea markets invite you to stroll, haggle, and discover at your leisure.

Browse, discover and do something good at the same time
Here you'll find well-preserved items that were donated to Remondis and are now getting a second chance. The flea market lives up to its name: it's the last opportunity to discover and take these things home before they're finally disposed of.
The Last Chance flea market not only invites visitors to browse, but also offers exciting insights into the working world of REMONDIS Sylt: The new, modern E-waste collection vehicle is available for a ride around the depot. Upcycling professionals Dirk Effler and Dirk Heyde demonstrate on site how something new can be created from old things with a little creativity, while guests of all ages enjoy the "Games Corner“They can playfully test their knowledge about waste.”
Anyone wishing to support the campaign and donate well-preserved items can do so directly at REMONDIS Sylt until April 24th. Please bring along (excluding used clothing). Private exhibitors are also invited to participate with their own stand. Applications Registrations are possible until April 18th; the stand fee of 10 euros will be donated in full.
Come along, discover special finds and experience a flea market that combines sustainability, information and fun.
