With the growing tourism on Sylt, the demand for Seasonal workers in various industries steadily increasing. Active support is sought in all areas during the season, offering excellent opportunities to gain a taste of different careers and island life. This allows you to get to know a new environment and interesting people.

The Sylt season usually extends from Easter to the autumn holidays, with the summer holidays being the main time. The duration of seasonal jobs varies depending on the field. Education

The Sylt School Centre is the largest educational institution on the island and combines a Gymnasium and a community school section under one roof. For many years, teachers in the first and second phases of their training have been trained here through internships lasting several weeks and during their teacher training.

The school offer is complemented by four primary schools, a Danish school and the vocational schoolEven the little ones are well looked after: ten daycare centers, kindergartens and crèches lovingly the children on Sylt.

Here the clocks sometimes tick a little differently. During peak season, it feels a bit faster, while in the fall and winter months, it's a bit quieter and more relaxed. This pace provides variety, but at the same time, it sometimes demands a certain degree of flexibility and openness.
