Please note that we cannot refund vouchers due to a change of partner.

How much credit does my voucher have?
If you've already partially redeemed your voucher and would like to know the current value, please use our value query, which you'll find at the very bottom of the voucher ordering process.
Can I also use the voucher digitally?
Yes. You can easily convert your voucher into a digital wallet ticket. To do this, enter your code at the bottom of the "Buy Voucher" page . A QR code will be automatically generated, which you can then save to your wallet.
