The surf deli "Zur goldenen Möwe" was opened in early summer 2024 by Fabian de Vries and Dirk Effler and offers a selection of various small and large dishes in a unique surf atmosphere. The creative bistro offers focaccia creations such as "Salmo" and "Carl's Vegetable Garden," as well as croissants, pastel de nata, milkshakes, salads, and soft serve ice cream.
Chef Carl brings his experience from fine dining on Sylt and Berlin to the table. The "Goldene Möwe" remains open during the winter and offers a meeting place for Sylt residents and visitors alike. From here, guests can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the hustle and bustle of the promenade from the surf deli.
