Sunset Beach is a kind of pilgrimage site for supervised relaxation by the sea. A box seat for everyone on the seafront promenade with a fantastic ocean view. The school benches are very popular. The restaurant, with its sheltered terrace, is small, but the menu is surprisingly extensive. The great thing is that the food is real here. Convenience? No thanks. And you can taste it, too. The menu focuses on small-scale cuisine: traditional to Mediterranean.
Trixi and Hans Heinicke have been running the restaurant and water sports center for over 35 years and have now achieved cult status with Sunset Beach.
