Owner Sven Rurup has realized his dream here and put his own stamp on this casual location. Flip-flops and sandy legs often sit alongside evening wear in the summer—that's how it should be. There's something for every taste. Families especially enjoy the healthy children's dishes with vegetables, fish, and meat. The legendary nudist soup (fennel, potato, and carrots) can be enjoyed fully clothed, prawns in garlic oil are a must for a visit to the beach hut, and the beach hut salad with strips of beef fillet is perfect for a sunset.
The unique fish stew with North Sea fish and seafood, and the sea bass fillet with marjoram potatoes and pan-fried vegetables, are worth the trip. In keeping with tradition, homemade tapas are available at the bar for you to choose from: octopus, bacon-wrapped dates and prunes, olives, feta cheese, and more. The wine list is a true highlight, offering over 100 exquisite wines, including Grand Crus, rare wines, and the house's own "Muschelschluck" (Pinot Blanc from the Poss winery).
