Coffee Roastery Sylt

What began as a hobby, Sylt native Christian Appel developed into a profession rooted in his passion for coffee. Quality prevails, as they understand the craft of sophisticated coffee roasting to uncover the distinct coffee aromas. The raw coffee is roasted so gently that it ultimately lacks acidity but is full of flavor. The loving preparation using various techniques (portafilter, hand filter, or Aeropress) delights every visitor.
Roasting takes place every few days, so you have the chance to witness the green coffee being poured into the large black drum roaster, and then the pleasant aroma of roasted coffee wafts through the air. It's great that you can sample various coffee flavors here, whether as espressos, neat coffees, or coffee specialties, all while enjoying the delicious homemade cake.
