Everything is much more relaxed now, and my kitchen is now open to everyone." As always, Müller's cuisine is uncompromisingly guided by the previous quality standards, a taste-oriented, top-class cuisine that has ultimately paved the way for the Müllers' acclaim and overwhelming success over the past three decades.
Classic dishes are served in a relaxed atmosphere, from regional dishes like plaice fillet with potato salad to boiled Galloway beef, to the famous Müller creations "Lobster Pot-au-Feu," "Truffle-Fed Goose Liver Gugelhupf in Traminer Jelly," and "Noilly Prat" sole fillets au gratin.
