Casual fine dining here means enjoying sophisticated cuisine (including vegetarian and vegan options) from Chef de Cuisine Ulrich Person in a relaxed setting. He has been in the kitchen for a quarter of a century, and for good reason. His dishes are light, regional, sometimes Mediterranean in style, and delightful. The octopus with pea lasagna perfectly confirms this, as does the perfectly seared halibut with scallop ceviche. The finale is a delightful treat with sweet creations from the patisserie: the classic crunchy parfait with whiskey foam is always a hit.
