Traditional Morsum bakery with an attached garden café.
Enchantingly laid out. Enjoy everything from breakfast to pancakes and Keitum lamb sausages, homemade bread, rolls, and cakes, and traditional Northern German fare. Breakfast with a large selection of tea and coffee specialties. Changing daily specials, a cake and tart buffet, and delicacies from the bakery to take home.

The Mosumer Café Ingwersen has become a popular culinary destination on Sylt. Here, guests enjoy traditional baking. A truly special gem is the spacious, carefully landscaped orchard. Here, the Ingwersens – the former owners – created small islands with willow fences and climbing frames for flowering plants, leaving ample space for private dining even during peak season. A magical garden where everyday life is not allowed...

If the weather isn't cooperating, you can make yourself comfortable in the cozy café or the light-filled conservatory. Then breakfast can begin – "bombastic" if you're out with friends or family.
It's got everything you need for a delicious start to the day. Or perhaps you'd prefer something à la française? Voilà! Freshly baked butter croissants with jam and a country egg are on the breakfast table.
A look into the soup pot is also worthwhile, especially if you're feeling a little peckish after your bike ride. How about Morsum potato soup with hearty whole-grain bread? With Ingwersen's famous whole-grain bread, your snack will be a real highlight. Choose between Serrano ham, cheeses, or North Sea crab – or simply order the snack plate.
