Project Bay Sylt: The CoWorking Café in Rantum

A flexible workspace with a view of the Rantum Basin? That's exactly what the new coworking space "Project Bay Sylt" offers in the former spring house of the SyltQuelle. The light-filled, circular building houses the island's first coworking café. Here, not only coffee specialties, but also cakes, bagels, and salads will sweeten your workday in the open coworking space.

A Day pass including filter coffee and water flat rate costs 20 euros. With the exclusive "Project Bay Membership" for 250 euros per month You will receive 24/7 access to the workstations, a business address on Sylt and a coffee and water flat rate.

co[work]ing sylt: The coworking space in Lister Markt

In an office space of 80 m², eight workstations are available, including a fully equipped kitchenette.

A job costs 180 euros per week or 600 Euro per month with an annual contract. Without an annual commitment, you pay €750 per month. The price includes Wi-Fi, coffee/tea, soft drinks, and use of the printer (including paper). You also have XNUMX/XNUMX access to the office space.

Coworking in Westerland 

The coaching.zentrum on Paulstraße in Westerland is usually Margot Böhm's domain. When coaching sessions aren't in session, she rents out her cozy consulting and seminar room by the day or half-day. Whether for video conferences, meetings, or simply undisturbed work – the 23 m² space is exclusively for you: 130 euros per day or 80 euros for half a day.

The room is equipped with a flipchart, a pinboard, and a coffee kitchen. The wired/Wi-Fi connection offers 60 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload speeds. Tip: Margot Böhm also organizes co-working days for groups with optional individual coaching sessions!

The Old Post Office you will find the Sylt Library with a large selection of books, audio books, board games, magazines and music. 

In the reading room of the Sylt Library There are four study spaces and three publicly accessible PCs available. There is a Wi-Fi hotspot, fax, and scanning services.

Workation in the holiday residences of the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF

Working where others go on vacation. 

The comfortable HOLIDAY HOMES in Keitum are apartments and houses with amenities that leave nothing to be desired. They all offer a well-equipped workspace – including fast Wi-Fi. Most have a garden with a terrace, some with a fireplace, and some with their own sauna. Beds with comfortable mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. Fully equipped kitchens and private parking spaces are standard.

You can also optionally take advantage of the services of the BENEN-DIKEN-HOF, which is within walking distance – the opulent late riser breakfast in the morning, delicious menus in the RESTAURANT KÖKKEN in the evening, followed by a beer, a glass of wine or a cocktail in the bar. Or you can get fit in the milon® circuit or relax in the WOLKENLÖN SPA.
