Island-wide rental stations
Many of the over 40 Sylt bike rentals already offer e-bikes for rental.
Individuals, such as the E-Mobility Center, the EBIKE Storm Fleet and JOJO E-Bike Sylt, have even specialized in the built-in tailwind.
New in Kampen:
Discover the free e-bike charging stations in Kampen and enjoy a worry-free bike ride. Kampen is the first town on the island of Sylt to offer three e-bike charging stations. The locations are in front of the Kaamp-Hüs, in the Strönwai parking lot, and along the island railway line – where the Westerweg and Strönwai paths meet.
Airy on two wheels and without effort
The chic unu e-scooters are your stylish companion on the island and super practical. At 45 km/h, they're faster than an e-bike and take up less space than an electric car—making parking in Westerland easy. The BOSCH electric motor is low-maintenance, emissions-free, and quiet on Sylt's streets.
With one battery charge, you can cover about 50 km, enough for a trip from north to south. For longer trips, you can use one of two spare batteries. There's room for two, so you can enjoy the fresh air together. Important note: You need a Class M driver's license.
With the innovative e-scooters from Island Riders Sylt, you can explore the island in utmost comfort – thanks to wide tires and the special "Breker" design. You'll turn heads while riding these powerful e-scooters!
The e-scooters have a range of about 100-120 km and can be booked in advance online or directly at the rental location in Wenningstedt.
With a range of approximately 22 km, the e-scooter is perfect for short trips and long distances. The minimum age for riders is 16. Since helmets are mandatory, one bicycle helmet will be issued for each booked e-scooter.
The e-scooters are rented from E-Mobility Center of the Island of Sylt Tourist Service at Strandstrasse 32 in Westerland. E-scooters are available starting at €19 per day. Rentals can also be arranged online.
Environmentally friendly mobility
Electric buses are in operation daily on the Sylt Transport Company’s scheduled services.
