Red DB Sylt Shuttle

Arrival by
DB Sylt Shuttle

How to get to Sylt by car

With the red DB Sylt Shuttle You can reach the island comfortably in just 35 minutes: Take your car onto the car train in Niebüll and relax in your own four walls during the crossing, while the panorama of the Wadden Sea passes by. Only here can you take your hands off the wheel and let your mind wander.

The modern red SyltShuttle trains depart from the Niebüll terminal every 30 to 90 minutes. Alternatively, the blue CAR TRAIN Sylt.

The island experience actually begins as soon as the train starts moving: After leaving the vast landscape of North Frisia behind you, you cross the railway embankment. The fact that it's only a few minutes until you arrive in Westerland seems almost too short for some. If only the beach weren't already beckoning.
