This offer applies exclusively to group and business trips:
The neighboring island of Föhr is easily accessible by boat from Hörnum. After a 2,5-hour mini-cruise (at low tide, passing sandbanks and seal colonies), you'll reach the harbor of Wyk—the first seaside resort on Schleswig-Holstein's North Sea coast. In the winding streets of the small town, you'll discover historic Frisian houses, attractive shops, cozy cafés, and enjoy a view that's probably unique in Germany: from the beautiful promenade, you'll see the Halligen islands.
In addition to the seaside resort of Wyk, there are 11 other villages with historic thatched-roof houses, medieval churches and ancient windmills that can be explored by bike or bus.
