In Tinnum, the Sylt bow makers' inviting pagoda-style camp is located, a long-standing tradition on Sylt. Participants discover through traditional bow-making that engaging with wood and working with craftsmanship builds confidence in their own abilities – often, new ideas emerge spontaneously during this concentrated activity. The young team led by Peter Berhorst is always enthusiastic and offers its guests a full range of opportunities to experience the meditative art of archery, from 30-minute taster sessions to full-day seminars on "Bow Making with Fun Tournaments."
